Product Return Policy

1. Return

1.1. Juice Plus+ is proud of the quality of its Products and certifies that the Products meet high regulatory standards for consumer use. However, if a Customer is not satisfied with a Product,  the Customer may return it for a refund or Product exchange, when and if applicable, by contacting  The Juice Plus + Company Ltd, 3rd Floor,

1.2. The Customer has the right to cancel the Order without any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Product is delivered. Please contact The Juice Plus + Company Ltd, 3rd Floor, Waterfront, Manbre Road, London, W6 9RU, via email to [email protected] or by phone at +353 19079949 if you want to cancel an order. To exercise this cancellation right, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that, due to the nature of the Product(s), only Products returned and received by Juice Plus+ within 30 (thirty) days from the original shipment date will be refunded in full, except any applicable deduction. The Customer shall bear the costs of shipment of the Products back to Juice Plus+ in case the Order is cancelled.

1.3. Juice Plus+ will refund the Order on the same payment method that the Customer used, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In any case, the Customer will not be overcharged for any reimbursement fees.

1.4. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any termination request outside the term in clause 8. will be considered on a case by case basis.

1.5. In any case, the Customer represents and warrants to bear the costs related to any applicable loss of value of the Products returned, but only to the extent of loss which has arisen as a result of the handling of the Products in a different manner than required in view of Product’s nature and characteristics.

2. Exclusion Of The Refund

2.1. The Customer represents and warrants that any refund, in whole or in part, is excluded in the event the Product(s) returned by the Customer are not suitable for the resale, have been partially used, are close to the expiry date or have expired.
