Kale Salad Recipe

Fresh brussel and kale sprouts flower, straight from garden on table.

Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 3 hours

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 kale leaves, destemmed and chopped 
  • 1 orange pepper, diced 
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 lemon, juiced 
  • Hemp seed, to taste 
  • Sunflower sprouts, to taste

Instructions

  1. Massage all ingredients. Let chill for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Top with hemp seed and sunflower sprouts.
